My Experience With Sleep Apnea
My sleep apnea isnt completely out of control. I mean its not bad enough for a CPAP machine, it really doesnt affect me enough to justfy wearing that huge machine. However, it does bother other people who may be sleeping in the same room as me. Also I am not getting enough oxygen throughout the night and so I wake up groggy and unrefreshed.
Therefore the sleep apnea dental device was perfect for me. It stopped my mild case sleep apnea and I feel much better in the mornings.
I mean its probably not going to have the same results for everyone, but for me this solution seemed to work out well, the sleep apnea dental device.
